Note: Know all men by these presents that John Fetter and Regina Fetter formerly Regina Sinker of the County of Saint Charles and State of Missouri for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid and secured to be paid by Philip Klippel of the same County and State have this day granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Philip Klippel and unto his heirs and of signs former all of the following described tracts of land lying and being in the County of Saint Charles and State of Missouri (as follows) the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section No Twenty and the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section No Twenty, the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section No Nineteen and the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section No Nineteen all in Township No forty-five North in Range No One East containing in all One hundred and fifty-eight acres more or less. To have and to hold the above described land together with all the privileges and improvements there on and all that is in any wise belonging there to unto the said Philip Klippel and to his heirs are assigned forever and the said Fetter and wife hereby warrant the title to the said land free from the claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony where of they have to set their hands and seals this tenth day of February, Eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
