To have and to hold the above described land together with all the privileges and improvements there on and all that is in any wise belonging there to unto the said Philip Klippel and to his heirs are assigned forever and the said Fetter and wife hereby warrant the title to the said land free from the claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony where of they have to set their hands and seals this tenth day of February, Eighteen hundred and fifty-five.
