This Instrument, made, executed and delivered the 14th day of June 1904 by and between John S Kinkaid and Susie Kinkaid his wife, of the City of Muskogee, Indian Territory parties of the first part, and Henry Klippel of South McAlester, Indian Te rritory party of the second part.

Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of the sum of ‎($600.00)‎ six hundred and 00/100 dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, first parties have granted, bargained, solded and conveyed, and by these presents do hereby grand, barga in, sell and convey into second party, his heirs and assigns, the following described real property, lying and situate in the City of South McAlester, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, according to the plat thereof prepared by the Townsite Commis sion, and approved by the Acting Secretary of the Interior February 14, 1901 - to wit: - Lots No. One ‎(1)‎ Two ‎(2)‎ Three ‎(3)‎ Four ‎(4)‎ Five ‎(5)‎ Six ‎(6)‎and Seven ‎(7)‎ in Block No Six Hundred and Twenty Three ‎(623)‎ - together with the tenements, hered itaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to have and to hold the same unto second party, his heirs and assigns, forever.

And the first parties hereby covenant and agree with the said second party that at the execution and delivery hereof, first parties are the owners of the above described premises, free and clear of any incumbrances whatever, except the remaining installments to be paid under the provisions of the townsite law, which party of second part assumes and will forever warrant and defend the title to the said real property in and to the second party, his heirs and assigns against all claims wha tever, except above mentioned remaining installment. This deed is given to correct an error and toke the place of a former deed that has not been recorded.
